Sensei Steve Farrow has been training in Martial Arts for many years, he started his training in 1975 in the Wado - Ryu style of Karate.

He later joined Shukokai Karate in 1977 after being impressed with the style and impact that was produced from the techniques.

After training for five years Sensei Steve had a few years out of Karate and in 2004 took up the sport again this time in the Kimura Shukokai style training under the expert teaching of Shihan E. Daniels 8th Dan.

In his extensive Karate career Sensei Steve has had the opportunity to travel the world and has been on many courses perfecting his technique and acquiring new skills to pass onto his students.

Sensei Steve has been competing at National level and continues to do so.

He has won numerous titles in the veterans Kata and Kumite and is proud to be part of the Shukokai Karate Federation.

His daughter Josie Farrow 3rd Dan who also trains and assists with the club has competed for the SKF England team (still current ladies senior team member) and has won many National and International titles.
